The event was held on the margins of the Incosmetics conference, one of the largest global events for the oleochemical industry, which this year took place in Paris, France. Oleoline offered a mixed online and onsite experience including workshops and improved interactivity. The discussions focused on how the oleochemical industry will continue the current drive towards full the sustainability that customers expect, in spite of tremendous external market pressure ranging from climate change to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. As good margins for manufacturers translate into new production capacities, the industry seems in a good position to address the challenge to scale up further.
